Delivery Information

We offer FREE, Tracked shipping to all UK addresses. 

As a business created and run by the original family founders, we always strive to deliver orders in a timely fashion! We are unique for a smaller business, as we are able to mostly deliver within three working days, though we always ask for you to allow up to ten days especially at busier times.  The only way this is possible, is outsourcing to a third party, though we will always be your first point of call if needed.

If paying for expedited shipping your order should arrive with you within two working days if ordered before midday. For example, if you place an order at 11am on Tuesday, you should receive your order by Thursday. If ordering at 1pm Tuesday, you should receive your delivery by the Friday.

When you place your order, our systems seamlessly interact with our warehouse and your products are shipped from there. Your order will normally arrive with you within five working days, although delays are possible. If you need to change any of your order details, we request this is done ASAP and within 15 minutes of your order via telephone on 01273 921689. After this point, we are unable to change any details due to our fully automated system - this includes incorrect delivery address' and product changes. Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your order including any spelling mistakes or auto correct / autofill issues. If your order is sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable due to this, we will be unable to offer a refund until it has been returned to our warehouse by the courier. If you paid for expedited shipping, this will not be refunded.

You will receive shipping and tracking information for each order. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in contact with us and we will answer any questions you may have as we value your custom.  We always endeavour to reply within 24 hours, though sometimes this may be a slightly longer if we are busy creating exciting new products!

Please note: Due to the automation of our ordering and dispatch system, we are unable to alter or cancel your order once it has been placed. 

Sadly due to Brexit, we are unable to ship to Europe.
