Barbecue Delivery, Returns & Warranty Information

DELIVERY
Please read this information carefully. If you have any questions, please call us on 01273 921689 before placing your order.

Maturi Kamado BBQ 18" to 26" sizes

  • Delivery of this item will be via a wooden pallet weighing between 70kg and 120kg depending on the size purchased.
  • Due to its weight, we recommend 2-3 people take delivery to move the BBQ. 
  • Our delivery partner will call you to arrange delivery 2 days before delivery is due and will take 5-10 working days from when the order is placed.
  • Delivery will take place Monday - Friday only between 9am - 6pm (we are unable to guarantee a delivery time / delivery slot).
  • If you miss the call from our courier, please return the call to arrange delivery. Delivery will not take place until you have arranged and confirmed the delivery date.
  • If you miss the arranged delivery date and do not rearrange the delivery, you will be liable for the cost of the delivery to your address and the return delivery to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refund.
  • The delivery company will deliver the BBQ to the ground floor roadside, outside the delivery address only and will be unable to deliver it past this point.
  • It is the customers responsibility to dispose of the delivery pallet.
  • If you order other items within the same order, these will be delivered separately from the BBQ.

Maturi Kamado BBQ 13" and 16" sizes

  • Delivery of this item will be via UPS parcel weighing between 20kg and 35kg depending on the size purchased.
  • Due to its weight, we recommend 2 people take delivery to move the BBQ.
  • Delivery will take place Monday - Friday, between 9am - 6pm. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has dispatched.

 

RETURNS
Please read this information carefully. If you have any questions, please call us on 01273 921689 before placing your order.
  • Returns will only be accepted by informing us of your intention to return within 14 days of the delivery date. We must then receive the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All returns must be authorised and arranged by the customer by calling 01273 921689.
  • It is the customers responsibility to cover the costs of the return and ensure it arrives at our warehouse safely.
  • You will have to be present for the return pick-up and this will take place Monday-Friday between 9am - 6pm (we are unable to guarantee/provide a pick-up time).
  • Returns must be received in new, unused / unopened condition with all packaging intact, otherwise a refund will not be issued.

 

12-MONTH WARRANTY

We offer a 12-month warranty on all of our Kamado Barbecues. This covers the unexpected failure and/or breakage of the product from time of delivery and is valid only for domestic use.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • General wear and tear from use
  • Inappropriate use of the item / use of which it was not intended
  • Accidental damage
  • Lack of care / insufficient product maintenance (as outlined in product literature)
  • Failure to comply with instructions (both printed and digital) or using unapproved fixings and fittings
  • Commercial use

BARBECUE MAINTENANCE

Please note, your barbecue will need regular maintenance to ensure it lasts for years to come. Please refer to the enclosed instructions on how to perform these and how to best care for your purchase.

The heat deflector is for use when undertaking the following indirect-heat cooking styles at lower temperatures: Roast, Low and Slow and Bake. To ensure the deflector lasts, ensure it is heated slowly by placing it in the barbecue at the start of the heating process. It is also advised to place the deflector at a higher position from the flames when cooking at higher temperatures.
